Harvest has gone MOFO mad this weekend offering two markets back to back! Yes that’s right, you can get a double dose of Harvest with our usual Saturday morning market (830am – 1230pm) AND a Sunday morning MOFO Brunch Market (900am – 1230pm).
Saturday will see all of our usual mix of Summer stallholders offering a range of fresh fruit and vegetables, tantalising take-home gourmet treats and irresistible on-the-spot eats. Have you seen the bountiful produce on offer from Laos Fresh Farm, Steve’s Vegies, Felds Farm, Rock Hill Estate and Seven Springs Farm? It’s a feast for the eyes with a vibrant pallet of colours on show. Eat the rainbow and get your vitamin and mineral fix!
Launceston is party central this weekend with so many exciting MOFO events happening in and around town. Never one to miss a party, Harvest is hosting a ‘MOFO Sunday Brunch Market’ from 900am – 1230pm, the perfect spot to get your post-Faux Mo hangover fix or a lazy Sunday breakfast with the family. With a focus on our Ready-to-Eat stalls, there will be a huge selection of all your favourite menu items on offer PLUS a selection of one-off “MOFO specials”. Grab a Big Brekky Burger with a cajun bacon sausage pattie, classic bacon, egg and caramelised onion on a fresh roll from Tamar Artisan Small Goods/Oldway Farm, or for those chasing a lighter option try a vegan Brunch Parfait from Artisa with layers of Artisa cheesecake, granola, nuts, strawberries and basil, apricots or berries. I bet that’s got your tastebuds singing!
